Head of Fan Engagement
Report to: General Manager
The Head of Fan Engagement is responsible for driving attendance and viewership of Wellington Phoenix home games through targeted and effective fan engagement, media management and targeted marketing.
In order to achieve the club’s average attendance and viewership targets, the role is multi-dimensional with accountability for media management, traditional marketing functions and social and digital media to create meaningful fan engagement and new customer acquisition.

If you have boundless energy and enthusiasm coupled with an ability to formulate strategic plans and drive innovative marketing techniques, then we want to hear from you.
A solid understanding of marketing, especially social media, and experience in traditional media is crucial.
