Following the success of 2015 where Westpac Stadium hosted a Wellington Phoenix pre-season match during the Wellington Home & Garden Show, the two parties have joined forces again!
Wellington’s largest and most successful Home & Garden Show is coming soon and has teamed up with Nix fans to add yet another reason to visit!
Wellington Phoenix will take on Team Wellington in a pre-season clash on Saturday that looks to feature all six new signings for the first time as head coach Darije Kalezić looks to cement his best XI for Sunday 8 October opening game of the Hyundai A-League season.
Kick off is at 2pm, but why not make a day of it and visit over 210 fantastic exhibitors and have a bite to eat at the café ahead of the game?
What’s more, we are offering Nix fans a special offer – two tickets for the price of one! That’s only $4 per ticket for a great afternoon of football and the chance to explore some amazing home and garden exhibits.
The two for one entry voucher can also be used on the Friday and Sunday if fans are unable to attend on Saturday – keep your eyes peeled for an email on Thursday with your printable voucher!
The Home & Garden Show will bring together a great line-up of kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, gardening, outdoor furniture, spa pools, outdoor products, new home builders, renovators and much more.
It’s all about ideas – the Newstalk ZB & Resene ‘Transform Your Space’ competition has attracted a diverse range of home decor experts, so there is sure to be a room makeover that appeals to everyone. There will also be an exciting collection of sculptors, including Brett Keno, who carves in stone and by commission only, for clients all over New Zealand.
Resident Builder, Peter Wolfkamp will run a free question and answer session on building in the ‘Ask an Expert’ area on the Sunday, with other industry professionals discussing high-interest topics over the three days. Feel free to ask them about your own home improvement projects, bring along your plans, photos and ideas and make the most of the on-site expertise.
