Wellington Phoenix Squad: Round 13 vs Central Coast Mariners

With Christmas all wrapped up for another year, the focus turns back to this weekends game with the Wellington Phoenix coming up against the Central Coast Mariners in Gosford.

It’s the second clash for these two teams for the 2017/18 season with the hosts, getting one up against the Phoenix after the Round 8, 4-1 win at Westpac Stadium. After starting the last encounter off strong, Coach Kalezić will be looking for his team to take control and move through the lines at pace in order to create and capitalise on opportunities.

For the Mariners, with the return of both Wout Brama and Jake McGing coming back following suspension, they will have a full squad available for selection for the New Year's Eve showdown.

For our Wellington side, forward Roy Krishna returns to the squad after suffering a knee injury back in Round 9 against Melbourne Victory.
