The match was originally scheduled for a 7.30pm kickoff but Football Federation Australia revised that time and those of several other fixtures as a result of Newcastle United-s exhibition match against the LA Galaxy.
The midweek match against Melbourne Heart is the first leg of a Victorian double-header for the Phoenix, who take on Melbourne Victory at Westpac Stadium on Saturday, November 27, at 6pm.
