Each year at the end of the season we ask the members and fans of the Wellington Phoenix for their help in assisting us to build the best possible club we can.
This year we are asking for your help again.
Your input into the club is invaluable and as such we want to get your opinion on every aspect of club operations. Please be assured that we take the responses very seriously and do our very best to meet the needs of members and fans as detailed in the survey.
We have developed a short survey to help us learn more about what Wellington Phoenix FC members and fans think of the club and how we can do things better in coming seasons.
As a incentive we will randomly select two responders who will each win a 2011-12 Wellington Phoenix FC membership.
