Community and Administration Officer

The Wellington Phoenix are looking for a full-time Community and Administration Officer to work across a number of exciting projects in the Academy and Community departments.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic administrator with a passion for sport. The responsibilities include administration of our Academy and Pre-Academy Centres, working with our award-winning Football for All charity partner, and supporting the club’s community outreach and development projects.

This role would suit an experienced administrator who:

  • Can work well under deadlines
  • Has ability to plan, prioritise and organise your work
  • Have a can-do, positive, proactive attitude
  • Have the ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships
  • Have experience working in the sport sector
  • Is able to work a flexible working week (including weekends)

 

Preference will be given for applicants who have experience working within football and have an understanding of a sporting environment.

You will be part of a small, tight-knit team based at the Wellington Phoenix Academy in Lower Hutt, Wellington.
